Leave a comment on my blog of a MEMORY that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time, or a long time, anything you remember...next, re-post these instructions on your blog and let people leave a memory about you. After all, a blog is nothing if it isn't self-promotion.
Along with (as my friend Jennifer says) self-deprecation, as evidenced by the above.

Hmm...so many memories. I don't really know where to start. I'll list two. You are already familiar with them, but I'm sure your friends might (hopefully) get a kick out of them.
1) While you were still at home, anytime you'd see me in the hall, you'd say, "Emily! Stop! Drop! An ROOOLLLLLL!" And I did. Every time.
2) When you left for college, I missed you terribly and would regularly send letters to update you on my second grade life. Oftentimes, I would draw cartoon-like depictions of our respective lives, each of us uttering that we missed the other.
Discussing the opening scene to Superman and how some people get way to into their movies......That still makes me laugh whenever I think about it.
I hope to create some beautiful memories of us cooking together...can't think of anything in the past couse I'm brain dead!!
At church you were telling me about Lucinda's party & Jared kept telling you he was going to go tell her. You told him that if he did, you would give him a swift kick in the privates and that you would even wear your pointy shoes. I'm still laughing about that one.
I'm such a bad friend I didn't remenber the spa day and unpacking my house and thier was one more you listed on my blog and I can't remember it...see bad memory!!! Thank goodness for a friend like you!
oh...I remember one VERY important memory you helped me pick out my wedding dress.
I know that if your name appears on the caller ID my husband wants to know where Darrell went ! To quote Alan "How come every time Darrell goes out of town I loose my wife?"I love it when Darrell goes out of town! I love our girls night out! We should do them more often even when he is in town!
PS Who knew the cure wrote songs in the 90's??
Hey girlfriend, My memories of you as my friend are that I was your first... right!!!???? Mailbox visits, home teaching appts, Joe's real bbq, convincing you that Darrell really should be married at his age,you taking my advice, the list goes on and on.....
Love ya, come visit me at azradersnv.blogspot.com
My first memory of you goes back 38 years and 62 days ago. You were so little--or so your Dad thought. He didn't know--you were his FIRST! He called Grandma and Grandpa Petterborg and told them you were so little that they put you in an incubator. That scared them to death because I was in an incubator when I was born 2 months premature. You were not little, I am having a senior moment, but I think you were 8 lbs. 6 ozs. They put you in an isolette, just like any other newborn.
